At the end of the weekend, the girls all gathered around to sing a thank you to the owners, for a wonderful weekend.

Edgar and Therese will wait for their next guests to arrive. Hosting guests in your own auberge is a lot of work, and you have to love it to make it your life's work. Being an aubergiste is a calling, not a job. You either have it in you to give, or get work somewhere else. Edgar and his wife have what it takes.

I can't wait to stay here this winter. Edgar and his staff made me laugh. We had fun.
