Where is Jack's Outback?

Wild Jack is one of Bernard's pals. This is one of
Jack's groomers, hard at work. Remember, when you are this far north,
you are really going to experience the great white Canadian North.
You aren't in Kansas anymore! This is the real deal. Go north from
Jack's place, then up to Chibougamau. It's amazing territory, and
the people are fantastic. Keep heading north, and you run out of white
people, then you meet the Eskimos, and they are very friendly too!
Eat some seal meat, and have a blast. Next stop, the North Pole!

Snowmobiles are big
deal at Big East Snowmobile Show
October 15, 2007; WEST SPRINGFIELD Mass- Across from some of
the newest snowmobiles equipped with powerful engines
and hand warmers was E. Wayne Campbell's replica of the earliest version,
made with wooden snow skis, an outboard engine and a track lowered
by hand. Pulling a rope designed to turn the skis, Campbell, of Maine,
said his replica of the first known snowmobile built in 1924 isn't
that different than those 1,900 people in Massachusetts use
every time it snows. The replica was the oldest of a number of
vintage snowmobiles found at the New England Snowmobile Exposition,
run by Snowmobile Association of Massachusetts over the weekend
at the Eastern States Exposition.

Selkbag sleeping
bag body suit: Stay warm this Winter
October 14th, 2007; Apparel by Reuben; Looking like a great big over-stuffed
snowmobile suit, the Lippi Selkbag is a sleep wear system
solution to the restrictions of conventional sleeping bags. Named
from the Chilean nomads, the Selknam, who had a great resilience
for the cold the Selkbag has a hood, arms and legs giving you
the ability to move around freely while staying warm inside your bag.
On those cold mornings of camping simply standing up without getting
out of your bag is hard enough not to mention trying to shuffle or
hop around. The Selkbag is made with a Nylon shell and a Polyester
hollow fiber bonded filling giving it an extreme temp
rating of -8.4 degrees celcius. It also appears to have zippers to
close up at the end of the arms and vent your legs and sides if you
get too hot. But, unlike our full-body underwear were not seeing
an opening to let us pee without taking it all off, which is the primary
reason were usually getting up when its still cold outside
in the first place. It comes in four sizes of small, medium, large
and extra large and in colors of yellow and green for about $180.
